🚚 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12 PM EST may be processed the following business day.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.

🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping (USA)

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., and APO/FPO addresses.

We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

  • International orders may take 7–21 business days depending on location and customs processing.

📦 Tracking Your Order

🛑 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  2. Please include your order number and photos (if applicable).

  3. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund based on the outcome.
